Can I book a call with a couple?

Short answer: No, calls must always be booked by the couple.

We only require calendar syncs from suppliers, not from couples. This means couples can book calls with you based on your availability, but suppliers cannot directly book calls into a couple’s calendar.

That said, it is very easy for couples to book a call with you.

How couples book a call

Couples can book a call with you by clicking the “Book a Call” button, which is available:

• On your profile
• On your individual listings
• Within your message thread with the couple

When they click Book a Call, they will be shown your available time slots. These are determined by:

• Your default availability hours
• Your connected external calendar (to avoid clashes)

The couple simply:

1. Selects a date and time
2. Enters their contact details
3. Clicks Confirm

What happens next

• You and the couple both receive a confirmation email
• The email includes a video call link to join the meeting
• Automated reminders are sent to both you and the couple ahead of the call
