Yes, suppliers are welcome to share their own contracts with couples after the booking is confirmed. This can be a great way to clarify expectations and ensure that both parties are on the same page regarding the services to be provided. However, it is important to note that couples are not required to sign these additional contracts.
Once a booking is confirmed on wedissimo, a binding contract is automatically formed between the supplier and the couple. This contract is based on the agreed wedding date, location, and services, and it holds legal weight regardless of any additional terms that may be shared later. Therefore, while you can provide your own contract for clarity or to outline specific conditions, it does not alter the binding agreement established through wedissimo.
If you wish to include any supplementary terms or conditions in your profile, you can easily do so by navigating to: Login > Settings > Additional Terms. This feature allows you to communicate any specific requirements or policies you may hav.
You can read more about this in our Terms of Use under 'Your Agreement with Wedding Photographers' and in the Supplier Terms under 'Accepting Bookings through wedissimo'
