Once a booking is confirmed, you can treat wedissimo couples like any of other you other bookings. You will be provided with the couples contact details, and you are welcome to contact them however is best for you.
It’s a good idea to reach out as soon as you see the couple's booking is confirmed, whether by message, WhatsApp, or a quick phone call.
This early contact reassures them that you’ve received the booking and are ready to work with them, which helps reduce the chance of cancellations.
You can review all of your confirmed bookings in your 'Bookings' tab of your wedissimo profile.
