When a couple makes a booking, a legally binding contractual agreement is formed between both parties. This is not optional, it is a commitment you are expected to honour.
We recognise that cancellations may occasionally be unavoidable in cases of genuine, extreme, or unforeseen circumstances. In these situations, you must inform the couple immediately and notify our team so we can manage the situation appropriately. We have specific supplier cancellation processes that we follow.
However, if you cancel for reasons within your control, such as failing to keep your calendar up to date or accepting a double-booking, you may be held responsible for the platform's lost commission.
We take supplier cancellations very seriously on the platform, and action may be taken against your profile as a result.
Please also be aware that a lack of communication from the couple is not a valid reason for cancellation. Couples are under no obligation to maintain regular contact after booking. Provided their payments are being made, the booking is live and must be honoured. If you are unable to reach a couple, you can contact our support team and we will attempt to get in touch on your behalf.
