How does the customer pay?

Couples can always choose to pay in full, or, depending on how far away their wedding date is, they can opt for a payment plan with instalments.


What are the payment options?

90+ days away

Split deposit

10% at booking, 12.5% auto-charged 30 days later which makes up the deposit. Final balance due 30 days before the wedding.

30–90 days away

Full deposit upfront

Full 22.5% deposit due at booking. Remaining balance collected 30 days before the wedding.

Under 30 days

Full payment upfront

Full amount due at the time of booking. 


Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable for 30 days after booking, as long as the wedding is still more than 30 days away at the time of cancellation.


How do couples check their payment status?

Couples can view their payments anytime under the Payments tab on the platform.


Are payments secure?

All payments are processed automatically through Stripe. Customer funds are held in a separate account until the supplier is paid 5 days after the wedding date.
