What does the status mean on bookings?

The Bookings tab on your profile lists all your bookings, each labelled with a status. You can filter your view by status to find what you need quickly.


Unpaid (draft)

Not confirmed

The customer reached checkout but didn't complete payment, or a scheduled payment has failed. Draft bookings do not hold your date, so you are still bookable if your external calendar is free.

Reach out to the customer — they may have questions or need a nudge to complete their booking/payment.

Confirmed

Upcoming booking

The deposit or full amount has been paid and the booking is officially confirmed. The date is reserved and the event is still to come.

A great time to start discussing details and preparations, both parties are committed.

Complete

All done

All payments have been made and the event has taken place. The booking is fully closed.

Consider following up with the customer for feedback to get a review.
