Once a booking is confirmed, we’ll share the couple’s contact details with you directly. A booking is confirmed as soon as the first payment has come been processed.
You’re then free to communicate with them however works best for you, whether that’s off-platform or through the wedissimo platform.
You can find the couple’s contact details in a couple of places:
- Booking Confirmation Email – Sent to you as soon as the booking is confirmed.
- Bookings tab - Log into your profile, click 'Bookings'.
Select the relevant Booking (you can filter by 'confirmed' (upcoming) or 'completed' (past) as well as by booking or wedding date. 
The booking also contains the wedding information and contact details.
