Can couples book me outside my working area?

Couples can only book you if their venue falls within the working area you have set. However, if you'd like to accommodate a booking outside of this area, there are three ways to do it.

What are my options?

1. Temporarily increase your radius

Expand the radius of your package so the couple can book, then create a custom add-on for the additional travel charge. Once the booking is confirmed, revert your radius back to normal.

This carries a risk of receiving additional bookings at the wider radius in the meantime.

2. Create a custom package

Set up a custom package with a radius that covers the couple's venue. This keeps your standard packages unchanged.

You can then hide this package after they have completed booking (Can I hide a package?)

3. Ask us to set it up for you

We can override your working area for manual bookings. Just get in touch with the details and we'll take care of it.

Can I direct the couple to find me off-platform instead?

No, directing clients off wedissimo is a breach of our disintermediation policy, which can result in visibility suppression or suspension. All bookings must come through the platform.
