How can I manage availability for video calls?

Your call calendar is linked to your external calendar (e.g. Google Calendar or iCal), so it automatically blocks out any times when you're marked as busy, such as during bookings, meetings, or other events.


Unlike your booking availability (which blocks out an entire day if any event is present), your call calendar works at a more granular level. For example, if you have a 2-hour event, only those 2 hours will be unavailable for calls, the rest of the day remains open.


You can view your call availability by clicking the Book a call button on your couple-facing profile and listings.


Default availability


We can customise your call availability to suit your schedule.


By default, each supplier category has standard call hours, but if you'd prefer to only be available at specific times (for example, Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM), just let us know and we'll update your account.


We can also adjust:

  • Booking windows - how much notice you need before a call, and how far in advance you'll accept bookings
  • Event buffers - automatically blocking out time before and/or after events in your external calendar.
